It’s an older building, like many in this part of West Bengal. Inside, it's pretty simple—just desks, files, and people working. We handle a lot of the university-related tasks from here. It gets very crowded during certain times of the year when there are a lot of applications or paperwork to process. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but we’ve been here a long time so we don't really notice it anymore. Working on MG Road means you are close to everything, which is great for lunch but bad for finding a quiet moment. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just walk in and find the right department. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to get through the stack of work on our desks every day. The ceiling fans stay on all day to beat the Kolkata heat. It's a real local office experience, with all the quirks and noise of the city right outside our windows at all hours.
