We’re located on the third floor of number 14, right on Southern Avenue. It’s a busy part of the Kalighat area. If you know where Naba Nalanda School is, we are just across from there. The street can get pretty crowded during school hours when parents are dropping off their kids. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s just a regular workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Vivada Corporation Pvt Ltd has been in this building for some time now. We climb the stairs or take the lift up to the third floor every morning. The view of Southern Avenue from the windows is actually quite nice, especially when the trees are green. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, making sure everything is running like it should. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it’s just a kettle in the corner for tea. Being in this part of town is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. Sometimes we step out for a bit of air. It’s a practical location for what we do. People come by when they have business with us, and we try to keep things organized. It’s a steady routine here on Southern Avenue. Nothing more, nothing less.
