Visa Steel Limited

We are set up at 8/10 Alipore Road in Kolkata, 700 027. Alipore is a bit different from other parts of the city, a bit more space maybe. Visa Steel Limited is the name on the front. It’s a solid building, nothing too modern but it works for what we need. The trees along Alipore Road give some shade, which is nice when it gets hot. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. The office is just a place where we sit and get through the files. It isn't polished or designed by anyone special. We just moved the desks in and started working. You can hear the traffic from the road, but it’s not too bad. The 700 027 area is pretty well known. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just a workplace. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow. We have our tea breaks and talk about the weather. It’s a very normal environment. People come in for meetings and we just sit around the old table. It feels honest. No one is trying to impress anyone else here. We are just a company on Alipore Road doing what needs to be done. It’s a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but it suits us just fine. We have no plans to change how we do things. The building at 8/10 is where we feel most at home. We just keep our heads down and get through the week.
