We are located in Subhas Palli, right in the Parijaat Apartments over in the Regent Estate area of Kolkata. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a lot more like a home than a big corporate building. We handle a lot of the visa service work here, which means there are always people coming and going with envelopes and passports. The office is tucked inside the apartment, so it can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of files to move around. We don't have any fancy signs or big lobbies. It's just a place where we sit and check documents all day long. The area around Regent Estate is pretty quiet compared to the main city, which we appreciate. We spend most of our time making sure all the forms are filled out correctly and that everything is in order before it goes to the next step. It’s meticulous work, and it can be a bit boring sometimes, but it has to be done. We have a small group of people working here who have been doing this for years. We know the local tea stall and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run our service out of Parijaat Apartments and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking, day in and day out.
