Vfs ( Visa Fecilitation Services)

We are over here at Ee-110 in Saltlake City, right in the B-11 block. It is a busy spot in Kolkata where people come in all day long dealing with visa paperwork. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the documents sorted and help people figure out what forms they actually need for their travel. Most days there is a line out the door before we even open. We spend a lot of time checking passports and making sure the photos are the right size because the rules change so often. It gets quite loud in here with the fans going and everyone talking at once. We've been in this part of Sector-Saltlake for a while now. The traffic outside can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. Dealing with visas means we see all sorts of people, from students going abroad for the first time to families visiting relatives. It's just a regular workspace with plenty of paper and computers that sometimes run slow when the weather gets too humid. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come in, get their tokens, and wait their turn. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the printer jams right when we have a rush, but we manage to get through it.
