We are located on Darpnarayan Tagore Street in Kolkata, postcode 700006. It’s one of those old parts of the city where the streets feel narrow and full of history. Visa Steel Limited has been at this No Darpnarayan Tagore Street address for some time. The building has that Kolkata feel to it, maybe a bit worn around the edges but it serves us well. It’s not the quietest spot in the world. There's always a lot of movement outside, handcarts and people rushing by. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. People find us because they need to. The humidity in Kolkata hits pretty hard in the summer, and the fans are always humming in the office. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s functional. Some days the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight. We deal with the paperwork and the usual day-to-day stuff. 700006 is a busy area to be in, but it’s home for the business. You get used to the sounds of the street. It’s just a regular office on a regular street. Nothing fancy, just a place where we put in our hours and go home. We have been here at this location for a long time now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It works for us and that is the main thing.
