Our office for Virtual Worlds It Solutions is tucked away at 37, Santoshpur Avenue in the Solak Pally area of Haltu. It’s a local spot where we deal with all kinds of computer and tech issues. Most of the time, the desk is covered in cables, half-opened laptops, and various spare parts we’ve collected. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a small group of people who enjoy figuring out why a piece of software isn't working or how to get a network running again. People from the neighborhood often drop off their computers when things go wrong. It can get a bit cluttered in here, but there is a system to it all. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens, but we also like it when someone comes in for a chat about what they need for their home office. Santoshpur Avenue is a nice place to be based. It has a community feel that you don't get in the big tech parks. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you'll just find one of us sitting at a workbench or testing a new setup. We try to explain things in plain English rather than using a lot of technical words that don't mean much to most people. It’s just a practical IT shop helping out the local folks and small businesses around Haltu with whatever digital problems pop up.
