Our office for Vikram Solar Pvt. Ltd. is on the 4th floor of Tobacco House, right at the Old Court House Corner. It's an old building, one of those spots that’s been around forever in this part of town. Getting up to the fourth floor takes a minute if the lift is slow, but we’re settled in. We do a lot of work with solar energy projects from this space. It's mostly desks and papers and people on phones trying to coordinate things. The area around here is always crowded with traffic and people walking to the court, so it gets noisy during the day. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. It’s not a huge shiny showroom, just a functional workplace where we manage the solar side of things. Sometimes the stairs are faster than waiting for the elevator when we're in a hurry. We handle the planning and the paperwork mostly. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients and suppliers. It's busy work, but it feels right being in the middle of the city. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to get the job done and go home. People find us easily because Tobacco House is a well-known landmark. It’s got that old-school business feel to it. Sometimes the rain makes the windows leak a bit, but we just put a towel down and keep on working.
