Vertex It Solutions

Vertex It Solutions is on the mezzanine floor of No. 24 Vidyasagar Road. If you aren't looking closely at the signs, you might miss the narrow stairs leading up to us. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze because the ceiling is quite low on this floor, so you have to watch your head. We have computers lined up against the walls and wires running everywhere across the floor. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where every single cable goes. Being on Vidyasagar Road means there is always something happening outside the window. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, so we try to take breaks and look out at the traffic when we can. We handle IT stuff for local businesses and people who live nearby in the apartments. It could be fixing a broken laptop or helping someone set up their internet connection. We don't have a big fancy office with a view of the city. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling sound that we just ignore because we are used to it. We work long hours because problems with technology don't always happen during the normal day. We are just regular people who happen to be good with computers. We don't use big words to explain things to people. If something is broken, we tell you it is broken and how we can try to fix it for you.
