Vegy Food Basket Llp is over at 7B Classic Tower, 56 Gariahat Road in Kolkata. Our office is in the 700019 area, which is a pretty central spot. We handle food logistics and vegetables, mostly focusing on how to get fresh stuff to people. Being in a tower like Classic Tower means we have a bit more of an office setup than some others, but it’s still just a place where we take calls and manage the baskets. The desk is usually covered in delivery schedules and invoices. We aren't a big tech company; we just use what we have to keep the food moving. Gariahat Road is always packed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating drivers. It gets stressful when deliveries are late, but we try to stay on top of it. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the quality of the produce that comes in early in the morning. It’s a practical business for a busy city. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants. Our space is filled with crates and clipboards. Sometimes we get the orders wrong, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it, but that's just part of being human. We don't try to hide our mistakes. We just call the customer and make it right. We keep it simple and don't try to be something we aren't.
