You can find Urvish Sagar Tech Private Limited right in the middle of Burabazar. We are located at 43/44 Cotton Street, inside what they call Jeera Kothi. We are tucked in with Harnathrai Sanjaykumar’s place. If you know Cotton Street, you know it is famous for cloth and being incredibly crowded every single day. Having a tech company here is a bit unusual, but it is where we ended up. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We don't have any flashy signs or modern interiors. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of power strips. The area is full of traders and loaders, so there is always something being moved around outside. It is a 700007 address, so it is as central as it gets for old Kolkata. We do our tech work amidst the chaos of the market. Sometimes it is hard to hear yourself think when the street gets really loud, but you get used to it. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to navigate the narrow lanes when it is time to go home. It is a very real, very busy place to be every day. We’ve been part of the Jeera Kothi scene for a bit now and it works for us.
