Upster Solutions Private Limited

Upster Solutions Private Limited is based out of a flat on Jessore Road. Specifically, it is Flat No. 2A in Block J, at number 862. It is a bit different working from a flat rather than a big office block, but it works for us. Jessore Road is always packed with trucks and cars going towards the airport, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. Our spot is in LP-3/32. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a little kitchen where we make way too much tea. We deal with various solutions for people, mostly computer-based stuff. It is a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There is no formal dress code or anything. If the doorbell rings, it is usually a delivery or someone lost looking for another block. We like the independence of being in this kind of setup. It is practical and keeps our costs down. Sometimes the neighbors are a bit loud, or someone is moving furniture upstairs, but we just put our headphones on and keep working. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We have been here at 862 Jessore Road for a while now and we have gotten used to the busy street outside our door, it is just how we do things.
