Unipe Services Private Limited

Our place is at 26 K.K Tagore St, right on the second floor of D. Palace. It is in the 700007 area of Kolkata, which is basically the heart of the old trading district. If you’ve ever been to Burrabazar, you know it is a maze. Unipe Services Private Limited operates out of here, tucked away in the same space as Sameer Jain. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. The stairs are a bit steep and the building has that old Kolkata smell of dust and history. We handle various services from here. It gets really noisy outside with all the rickshaws and people shouting, but once you are inside, it is just us working away. We have some fans going to keep the air moving. It is a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are too busy keeping up with the daily tasks. We have got some files stacked up and a few computers that have seen better days, but they work. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. It is a very local way of doing things. No big speeches or goals, just making sure the day’s work gets finished before we head back home through the crowd. It is a solid spot for what we do, right in the middle of everything, and we have been here for a while now.
