Indo Webal Surgical Pvt. Ltd.

Down in Baruipur, we have been running Indo Webal Surgical Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time. It is more of a workshop and storage facility than a fancy corporate office. We spend our days manufacturing and managing surgical supplies. The factory floor is almost always humming with some kind of machine, and there is usually a bit of dust in the air from all the activity. We aren't a big international company; we’re just a local business that makes sure hospitals get the tools they need. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages. They are good with their hands and know how to pack things properly so nothing breaks during transport. Logistics in this part of Baruipur can be a real headache, especially when the monsoon rains start and the roads get messy, but we manage to get our orders out. We don’t have a marketing department or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people in the medical field who have known us for years. It’s very straightforward, practical work. We show up early, check what needs to be made, and work until the evening. Sometimes if a big order comes in at the last minute, we all stay late to finish the packing. We don’t really talk about grand visions or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the surgical items are made right and shipped on time.
