We operate out of R. K Pally in Sonarpur, which is on the southern edge of Kolkata. The address is pretty well-known in this part of town. TVS ICS Ltd has been at this spot for a bit, and we’ve become part of the local landscape. It’s a typical Kolkata suburban setup—busy streets, small shops, and a lot of energy. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space where we manage our operations. There’s usually a lot of coming and going with staff and local clients. The rooms are filled with filing cabinets and computers, and it can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't go in for big marketing or flashy signs. People find us because they need our services, and that’s about it. During the monsoon, the streets around here can get a bit flooded, so that sometimes slows things down, but we stay open regardless. We have a modest team that handles the daily grind of the interconnect business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the technical specs are right for every single job.
