Tsw Infotech Llp is located right on N.S. Road in Kolkata, up on the first floor of building number four. Being in the 700001 zip code means it’s always busy outside with people rushing around and cars honking all the time. Our office is a bit of an escape from all that noise, though it’s never completely silent because of the traffic downstairs. We do a lot of tech support and info-tech work here for various people. Most of the staff takes the bus or the metro to get in because parking around here is basically impossible and a real headache. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know all the local tea stalls nearby where we get our morning snacks. The first floor is nice because we don’t have to wait for the elevator when it’s crowded during the lunch hour or when everyone is leaving. Inside, it’s mostly desks, wires, and people typing away at their stations. We are a small Limited Liability Partnership, so things are pretty casual around here. There isn't much hierarchy; we just talk to each other across the room when something needs fixing or someone has a question. We handle various IT tasks that come through the door, keeping things running for our clients. It’s a lot of staring at screens and troubleshooting problems. We like being in the heart of the city even if it's a bit chaotic. It keeps us on our toes and we like the energy.
