Tsg Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Sister Nibedita Abasan, specifically in Block A/5 at 8 B.K. Road in Mominpur, Kolkata. The building is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before. We have a small sign on the door, but it’s easy to miss. Inside, we have our computers set up and a few fans blowing to keep the air moving. Mominpur is a crowded part of the city, and the sounds of the traffic on B.K. Road are always present. We handle global services, which means we are often working odd hours to match up with people in different time zones. You might find us here late at night or very early in the morning. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle, but it’s what we do. The office is functional and a bit cluttered with wires and power strips. We don't have a fancy break room, so we usually just eat our lunch at our desks. There’s a certain rhythm to the work here that we’ve all gotten used to. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team in Block A/5 trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is quite a workout. We don't make any grand claims about our work. We just show up and get through the tasks that are waiting for us.
