Our office is tucked away on Buroshivtala Main Road in Sahapur. It’s a busy street in Kolkata, and things can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the usual city noise. We’ve been at this address for some time. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through stacks of documents and managing the medical equipment supplies. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company out there. We just focus on getting the medical tools to the people who use them in the city. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to delivery drivers. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. The staff here knows the neighborhood well. We grab lunch at the local spots nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears suits and ties unless there’s a very specific reason. Mostly it’s just shirts and practical clothes because Kolkata gets hot. We deal with various healthcare gadgets and machines. It’s a lot of back and forth between the warehouse and the desk. We don’t have a flashy reception area. It’s just a place where work happens. If you walk down the main road, you’ll see our sign. It’s simple and honest. We just do our bit to keep the local medical supply chain moving without making a big fuss about it.
