Tremor Gym

We are located right on the first floor at 156 Jessore Road. If you are coming from Diamond Plaza Mall, we are right beside it. The traffic on Jessore Road can be a bit much during the evenings, but once you get up here, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and people working out. We started this place because there wasn't much around this part of Dum Dum that felt right. The floor space isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days, someone is always cleaning the benches or moving weights back to the racks because they get left everywhere. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the fans are on full blast because of the Kolkata heat, and even then, it gets a bit warm inside when it's crowded. We have the usual stuff like treadmills and some free weights. There is a small desk at the front where one of us sits to handle the entries. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with some equipment where people from around the neighborhood come to spend an hour or two. You might see some regulars who have been coming since we first opened. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out from the busy road, there is always a bit of dust. It is what it is. We just focus on keeping the gear in working order.
