Nataraj Dance Academy

Nataraj Dance Academy is located on Beliaghata Main Road. If you know where the Drumstick Apartment is, we are just across the street from there. The road stays quite busy with all the cars and autos going towards the main junctions. We have been at this spot in Kolkata 700010 for quite a few years now. The building is easy to spot once you get to this stretch of the road. Inside, it is mostly open space where we do our thing. We have some mats on the floor and a few mirrors on the walls. It isn't a five-star setup but it works for everyone who comes here. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy outside, but it is fine once you get indoors. We open up early and usually stay until the evening lights come on. Most of our neighbors are regular families living in the apartments nearby. We know the local tea stall guy and the people who walk past every day. It is a friendly enough neighborhood. The address is simple to find on a map. We just focus on the daily classes and keeping the place tidy. There is no big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is around. It is a local place for local people. We like being part of the Beliaghata community. It feels right.
