Our small setup for Total Technology Training & Solutions is tucked away at 1 Prabhu Ram Sarkar Lane in Kolkata. It’s an OPC, so it’s a fairly small operation run by a few dedicated people. The lane is one of those typical Kolkata streets that has its own rhythm and noise. We focus on training people in various technologies and providing some tech solutions. Our space isn't huge. It’s a couple of rooms where we have set up workstations for students and ourselves. It can get a bit crowded when a training session is going on, but it creates a good atmosphere for learning. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just walk in and you'll find someone at a desk. We’ve been at this for a while now in the 700015 area. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or marketing. Most people find out about us because a friend told them. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the heat, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We just try to share what we know and help out where we can. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We just do the training and fix the tech.
