We are located at 46 C on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, and we’ve been inside this office for a good number of years. It’s a busy street outside, always cars honking and people rushing by. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We deal with tech stuff, mostly related to industrial tools and parts, but it’s not all sleek and shiny like the movies. There are boxes stacked in the corners and files everywhere on the desks. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing a machine that’s acting up. It isn’t always organized, and some days are definitely more chaotic than others when a lot of orders come in at once. We know the chai wallah and the small shop owners nearby quite well. Most of us have been working together so long we don’t even need to say much to know what needs to be done. It’s a steady life here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the customers get what they need without any fuss. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do our best every morning. We are happy with that.
