At Thunder Innovations India Private Limited, we are based out of Hiranmoyee Bhavan in P/6 Raipur. This is down in South 24 Parganas, and if you know the area, it’s got its own pace. The office is basically part of the local community here in West Bengal. We’ve got the 700084 pin code, which most delivery guys know well enough by now. It’s not a shiny glass building in a tech park. It’s a real place with real walls and a lot of history in the bricks. We spend our mornings getting things ready and usually stay pretty late making sure everything is sorted out. Innovation sounds like a big word, but for us, it just means finding ways to fix things that aren't working right. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with papers and computers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which helps when we're trying to figure out a tough problem. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight or anything. We just want to do a decent job from our spot here in Raipur and make sure our clients are okay. It’s a simple life at Hiranmoyee Bhavan, and we’re quite happy with that.
