Our office is located at 34, Raja Santosh Road. It's a quiet enough street most days, though the traffic gets a bit much around tea time, ironically. Teloijan Tea Co. Ltd. has been operating from here for a long time. We deal with the tea business, which means lots of paperwork and keeping track of what’s happening at the estates far away. It’s not a big glass building with a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular place where we sit and handle the daily tasks. Sometimes the samples come in and the whole room smells like fresh leaves for a bit, which is one of the better parts of the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking ledgers. It's a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but it suits us and the way we like to work. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how things run and where the files are hidden. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard to keep the supply moving. You might miss the entrance if you aren't looking closely at the numbers on Raja Santosh Road. We don't have big flashing signs or anything. Just a small plate with the name on it. It’s a steady kind of life here. We get our tea, we do our work, and we head home. No big fuss about it. We try to keep things simple because the tea business is complicated enough on its own. It's just us at number 34.
