Tecsa Software Services Private Limited is located way up on the 14th floor of the Eco Intelligent Block in Sector 5. Being in Unit No 29 gives us a pretty good view of the Kolkata skyline, especially when the weather is clear. Sector 5 is always bustling with people in tech, so there is a lot of energy around Em Plot 9. We spend a lot of time in this office. The elevators take a while during the morning rush, so we have learned to be patient. Inside, it is just a regular workspace with plenty of monitors and coffee mugs. We do software services, which mostly means we spend our time typing and testing things. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. The 14th floor feels a bit removed from the noise of the street below, which helps when we need to concentrate. We are not into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just get our work done and go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but that is just part of the job. The building is modern, but our team is just normal people trying to do a good job. We share a few laughs, drink too much tea, and keep the computers running. It is a steady routine in a busy part of the city. We like being here in the middle of all the action. It feels right for the kind of work we handle every day.
