Techwise It Services Private Limited

We operate out of 2/1A Justice Chandra Madhab Road in Kolkata. Techwise It Services Private Limited has been around this area for some time. Our office is a pretty standard setup. We have desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle. Most of our work involves IT services, which sounds more exciting than it actually is on a daily basis. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and making sure servers don't crash. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of executives. It’s just us. We know our clients by name, and they know us. Sometimes we have to work weekends because that’s when the big updates happen. We don't complain much about it; it’s just part of the job. The neighborhood here is nice, though parking can be a real pain if you're driving. We usually just take the bus or walk. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you need IT help, we look at what you’ve got and see if we can fix it. If we can't, we’ll tell you. We value being straight with people. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. There’s always something that needs fixing or an update that needs to be run. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. That’s really all there is to it for us here in West Bengal.
