Technical Support Associates

Technical Support Associates is based at 26, Goraksha Bashi Road in Kolkata. We are right in the Dumdum, Nagerbazar area, which is always full of life and noise. Our office is on a street that gets quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We have been here for many years and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. It is a small team of us working in a space that is mostly filled with desks and old computer towers. We do not really have a lobby, so if you come by, you are right in the middle of where the work happens. We handle all sorts of technical queries and try to get through the pile of tickets every day. The fans overhead never seem to go fast enough in the humidity, but we get by. We are not a big corporation with polished offices; we are just local folks working a job. We often send someone out to grab samosas for the group in the afternoon. It is a bit cramped in here with all the equipment, but we are used to it by now. The address is easy to find if you know the Nagerbazar side of Dumdum. We do not make big promises, we just try to be helpful and do our work properly. It is just a regular day-to-day business for all of us here in the city.
