Tea Moods

Being at 8 Camac Street means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Tea Moods is right in the thick of things in this part of the city. It’s a great location, even if it gets pretty loud during the rush hours. We spend our time dealing with different types of tea, obviously, but it’s mostly just logistics and making sure orders are moving correctly. The smell in the office is actually quite nice because of all the samples lying around. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and a few photos of the team. Our staff is a mix of people who have been with us forever and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We aren’t really into the whole high-pressure office vibe. We prefer to just get our tasks done at a steady pace and go home to our families. Sometimes we have a cup of whatever we’re currently stocking and talk about how the weather is changing. It’s a simple business, really. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do or why we do it. We just like tea and we like working in this neighborhood. If you’re walking down Camac Street, you’ve probably passed our building a dozen times without thinking much about it. That’s just how we like it—quiet, steady, and just doing our thing every day.
