Tea House

Tea House is our little place over in New Market. We are situated right near Sohum, which is a big landmark around here. If you know that area, you can find us pretty easily. New Market is always bustling with shoppers and people just passing through. Our shop is quite simple. We don't have any of those modern glass fronts or expensive furniture. It’s just a counter and some shelves for the tea. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the market change around us. Some of the old shops are gone, but we are still in the same spot. It’s a bit small inside, especially when we have a lot of customers at once. We don't mind it, though. It makes the place feel more personal. Most of the people who come in are locals who have been buying from us for years. We know their names and what they like. It’s a very basic way to run a business. No computers or fancy systems, just us and the tea. Sometimes the noise from the market gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on the task of the day. It’s a good life being part of the New Market community. We plan on staying right here near Sohum for as long as we can. Every day brings something new, even if the work is mostly the same. We just keep at it and see how it goes.
