You can find us at 59/1 Dharmatala Road, which is right in the Bally area of Howrah. It’s an old neighborhood and the road can get pretty narrow and crowded with rickshaws. We’ve been set up here for quite a few years now. The shop is mostly filled with computer parts, boxes of wires, and old keyboards we use for spare pieces. People from the nearby houses often bring their PCs when something goes wrong or when they need an upgrade. We also help out some of the local businesses with their networking stuff. It’s just a small team of us working here. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really have a big fancy reception area. You just walk in and we're usually at the back bench working on a motherboard or something similar. We try to keep things honest and tell people if a machine is worth fixing or if they should just get something new. Sometimes we get parts delivered late because of the traffic on the bridge, but we manage. It’s a decent place to work and we know the tea seller across the street very well. He brings us tea twice a day. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a few guys who like fixing tech things for the local community. It’s not always pretty, but we get the job done and keep the computers running.
