We have been here in Rishra for a while now. Most people around Dakshinpara know where we are, right near the Morepukur post office area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We mostly handle computer things and software issues that people run into during their workday. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, so we spend a lot of time just troubleshooting whatever comes through the door. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a few desks, some monitors, and plenty of cables everywhere. We started this because there weren't many places nearby to get technical help without traveling all the way into the city. People bring in their laptops that won't start or ask about setting up systems for their small shops. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can, but some days are just busier than others. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get backed up. We know most of the neighbors by name. If you walk past the post office, you'll see our sign. It's a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the hardware lying around, but we keep the work moving. If someone needs a printout or a quick fix, they just drop by and chat for a bit while we look at the problem. I think we’ve been here for about six years now.
