Tara Start International

If you head down to 72, R K Chatterjee Road, you'll find us there. This building has been here for years on a pretty standard street. While Tara Start International is the name we use, most people just know us as the guys at number 72. Various goods are what we deal with, often focusing on things that need to be sent further away. Filled with papers and samples, the office is small. Don’t expect anything shiny since it’s not a showroom. Much of our time is spent on the phone or checking through lists. Except when a big shipment is due, it’s a quiet operation for the most part. A couple of desks and some chairs are there for when visitors drop in. Houses and small businesses make up the neighborhood. Knowing the local shops and where to go to get lunch comes from living and working around here for a long time. Starting small and just keeping going is really our only history. A big corporate philosophy isn't something we have. Doing the work and heading home to our families is what we do. Even if the internet is slow or the rain makes the street flood a bit, we manage. If you are looking for us, just look for the gate with the number 72 on it. During the summer months, we usually keep the front door open for fresh air.
