If you ever find yourself on Topsia Road in Kolkata, you might pass by 84/1B where Tally India Pvt Ltd is located. It’s a hectic area, let me tell you. There’s always something going on outside, and the noise of the city definitely makes its way into the office. We’ve been here for a bit, dealing with all the numbers and software stuff that comes with the name. It’s a lot of staring at screens and trying to make sure everything balances out for our users. Most of us here have seen the city change quite a bit from our windows. We aren't really into those big corporate mission statements that nobody actually reads. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. The office itself is pretty standard—desks, computers, a kitchen area where the microwave is always in use. It gets pretty loud during lunch when everyone is talking at once about their day. We handle a lot of requests and it can get stressful when things don't work the way they should, but that’s just how tech life goes. We like being in Kolkata, even with the humidity and the crowded buses on Topsia Road. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the people who use our tools are sorted out and can get on with their own businesses.
