Systems & Softwares is located at 9 Khetra Das Lane in Bowbazar. It’s a busy spot, and the lane gets pretty crowded, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with all sorts of computer parts and software issues that people bring in. It’s mostly just us working through the day, trying to fix things or setting up new systems for people who come by. The shop is a bit messy sometimes with wires and boxes everywhere, but that’s just how we work. People come in with broken laptops or looking for a specific program they can’t find anywhere else. We do our best to help them out without making things too complicated. Sometimes the internet is slow or a part takes longer to arrive, but we just deal with it as it comes. It isn’t a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. Just some desks, tools, and a lot of hardware scattered around. Most of our regulars know us by name, and we know exactly what their old computers need. We keep the shop open until fairly late because people often drop by after their own work is done. It’s a simple setup, really. We focus on the tech side of things and try to keep things running for everyone in the neighborhood. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard.
