If you know Shyambazar, you know it’s always crowded and loud. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a few years now. The shop is filled with various computer parts and graphic-related hardware. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock and equipment squeezed into the space. We don’t really go for the polished look. It’s more about having the right tools for the job. We spend our days troubleshooting issues or putting together systems for customers. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard, but that’s just Shyambazar life. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. People dropping off their laptops on the way to work or picking them up after. We try to be realistic about how long a repair will take. We don’t like to rush things and get them wrong. It’s just us here, working through the daily list of tasks. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where you can talk directly to the person fixing your machine. It’s honest work and we like being part of this busy neighborhood.
