We've been around J. C. Bose Road in Sodepur for a while now. Syscomp Infotech Pvt Ltd is just a small team of us working out of the office here in Bijoypur East. People in Kolkata know how busy it gets around here. We handle computers, mostly fixing things that break or setting up new systems for people who don't want to deal with the headache. It’s not a fancy setup. We just have our desks and a lot of cables everywhere. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while the other is trying to figure out why a server isn't acting right. We started because there were too many places charging way too much for simple repairs. We figured we could just do it ourselves and keep things straightforward. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, and it's hard to hear customers, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the local businesses and neighbors have working tech so they can get their own jobs done. If you walk past the shop, you'll probably see us hunched over a motherboard. It’s what we do every day, Monday through Saturday. We don't have a big corporate board or anything, just a few guys who know their way around a hard drive. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and keep working. That's pretty much us.
