We are based out in Dumurdaha, which is a village in the Hooghly district of West Bengal. It’s quite a distance from the big city noise of Kolkata. We don't have glass skyscrapers or air-conditioned hallways. Most of the time, it’s just us and our computers in a room that gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the fields. We handle technical support and info services for the local area and beyond. Life here is slower than in the city, which we don't mind at all. We know our neighbors and everyone knows where our office is. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. If we need to get the word out, we just talk to people. Sometimes the electricity is a bit patchy, but we have backups to keep the systems going. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We aren't trying to be some high-tech giant. We are just a local group providing services from our village. It’s honest work, and we take pride in being part of the Dumurdaha community. It’s just a regular life here, blending technology with the rural setting of Hooghly. We just try to do right by the people who come to us for help.
