Syncorp Infotech Solutions Private Limited is located on Tarachand Dutta Street, right in the middle of a very busy part of Kolkata. We are on the second floor of 2C. If you know this street, you know it is always packed with people and shops selling all kinds of things. Our office is in one of those older buildings with high ceilings and very thick walls. It stays a bit cooler inside because of that. We do info-tech work here, so our desks are covered in monitors and cables. It gets pretty loud outside with the street vendors and the horns, but we have grown used to the noise over time. From our second-floor windows, we can see the madness of the street below. It is not a polished corporate space at all. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get built. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. The local stalls nearby have some of the best snacks in the city, so we are never hungry. Getting here can be a bit of a struggle during peak hours because of the traffic, but being central is helpful for other things. We do not have any big slogans or missions. We just take on one project at a time and try to do an honest job. The team is small and we all know each other well. We stay until the work is finished and then head home.
