Swastika Consant Care

You will find us at No. 15 Free School Street. We are up on the second floor. Free School Street is always a bit chaotic. There are so many people and stalls everywhere. It is one of those old parts of the city that never seems to sleep. When you come up to the second floor, it gets a little quieter. We have been here at Swastika Consant Care for a long time. The building is old and has those high ceilings. We do a lot of coordination for care services. The phones ring quite a bit. We sit at our desks and try to keep everything organized. It is a lot of writing things down in ledgers and checking schedules. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a door and some desks inside. Most of us have worked here for years. We know each other’s families and stories. In the rainy season, the street outside can get a bit flooded. We just wear our boots and keep coming in. The light coming through the windows is nice in the morning. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It is a steady kind of life. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just provide the care coordination that people need from this old office. It works for us and it has worked for years. We just take it one day at a time.
