Medical Lab

We run the Medical Lab at 1/10A in Chittaranjan Colony. It’s right here in Kolkata, down near the 700032 pin code area. We spend most of our time looking at samples and writing down numbers. It’s not the most exciting job for some, but it’s what we do. The lab isn't huge, but we have the gear we need to get through the daily requests. People from around the colony stop by when they need tests done. It can get a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone wants their results at the same time. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. West Bengal has a lot of these small labs, and we’re just one of them trying to keep things accurate. We don't use a lot of fancy words here. We just tell you what the results say. The building is an old one, typical for this part of the city. We’ve been in Chittaranjan Colony for a good while, so we know the neighbors pretty well. It’s mostly just us working through the vials and the slides every day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’re here if anyone needs us, just doing our part in the neighborhood.
