The clinic is on the ground floor, which is good because most of our patients have trouble with their legs and can't do stairs. We have some mats, some exercise balls, and a few machines for heat and stuff like that. It’s a small space, but we make it work for the physiotherapy sessions. People come in with back pain or knee issues after their surgeries. It’s a busy road outside, so you hear the buses and trucks all day long. Khardaha is a crowded place, and being on the Barrackpore Trunk Road means we are easy to reach by public transport. I’ve been doing this for a few years now. It’s mostly just me and one assistant who helps with the exercises. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and we get started on the work. The walls are a bit plain, but it’s a clinic, not a gallery. We just want to help people move a bit better. Most of our neighbors from Nutan Pally stop by when they have aches and pains. It’s a very straightforward, local business. No frills, just the daily treatment.
