Suranjana Tea Private Limited

We work out of the Royal Classic Apartment on NSC Bose Road. It’s flat E-2. Kolkata is where everything happens for us. Suranjana Tea Private Limited is just us trying to keep things running. We handle tea orders and talk to suppliers. It’s mostly office work here in the city. Some days are busier than others. We aren't a big flashy storefront. If you find yourself near 258 NSC Bose Road, you’re in our neck of the woods. My desk is usually covered in papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking shipments. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but that's just Kolkata life. We’ve been at this for a while now. The tea business is interesting because there is always something new to learn. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we make it work. It's a small team here. We know each other well. We don't have fancy meetings. We just sit down and talk about what needs doing for the day. It's a practical way to run a business. We like the neighborhood. There are good places to grab a quick snack nearby. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tea trade. It's not a complicated life but we enjoy it.
