We are situated at 620 Diamond Harbour Road, specifically at Plot No. K-13B within the Behala Industrial Estate in Kolkata. Being on such a major road means there is always a constant hum of traffic outside our doors, but once you step into the estate, it feels a bit more like a proper workspace. We work on instrumentation, so our day is spent looking at small parts and making sure everything is aligned properly. The West Bengal humidity can be a real problem for some of the equipment, so we do our best to keep the workspace organized and dry, even when the rain is pouring down outside. Our unit isn't anything special to look at. It has been around for a while and has that lived-in feel that comes with years of actual work. We don't have any marketing people or anyone to write fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come by and see what is on the benches. We like the fact that we are part of the local Behala community. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us through plenty of ups and downs. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just take the instruments, do the testing or the assembly that’s needed, and try to keep our customers from having to wait too long.
