Our office is at 115b Vivekananda Road. It’s a pretty straightforward place where we handle reagents and laboratory supplies. If you come by, you’ll see lots of glass bottles and plastic containers neatly lined up on the shelves. The road outside is usually packed with traffic, so there is always the sound of horns in the background. We have a small desk where we handle all the orders and a back area for storage. It is not a place for browsing; it is more of a working warehouse and office. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is stored at the right temperature. Sometimes we have to move heavy crates around, which is a bit of a workout. The team here is just a few people who have been in this trade for a while. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our chemicals and who needs them. Every day is about getting the shipments ready for the labs and hospitals that call us. The neighborhood is old and has a lot of character, and we’ve fit right into it over the years. We just keep our heads down and make sure the supplies go out to whoever ordered them. It is simple work but it is important for the people who rely on these materials.
