In Kharagpur, right near the Balaji Temple in Malancha, you’ll find us. We are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the West of Balaji Temple landmark. Santosh Kumar Chakraborty’s place is where we run things from. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except during the festivals when the temple area gets crowded. We’ve been operating Ssp Pvt Ltd out of Nimpura for some time. The office is functional. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and the people who know how to use them. Being in Paschim Midnapore means we are used to the local pace of things. We get our mail at the Nimpura post office and spend most of our daylight hours here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a very local operation. We know the tea stall guy nearby and most of the people who walk past our door every day. It’s not a corporate hub, just a place where we do our jobs. We handle the files, talk to the people we need to, and head home when the sun goes down. If you’re around Malancha, you might see our lights on late. It’s just how we do things here in this part of West Bengal.
