Solution Point

Our little shop is at 5/4T on Dumdum Road. If you know this area, you know how much noise and traffic there is outside pretty much all day long. Solution Point is where we spend our time trying to fix whatever problems people bring in. It might be a computer issue or something else, but we generally have a go at it. The space is a bit cramped because we have parts and tools sitting on almost every shelf, but we know where everything is. Mostly. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't some big tech company with a glossy lobby. We just have a counter and some stools where people can sit while we take a look at their gear. Some days we stay late because a job is tougher than we thought, but that’s just how it is when you’re running your own place. We’ve seen Dumdum Road change quite a bit, but our door stays open. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people usually just wander in or hear about us from a neighbor. We like it that way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just try to give people a straight answer about what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost to fix it. That's really all there is to it.
