Softech Solutions

We operate out of Dum Dum in Kolkata, which means we are right in the middle of all that city energy. Softech Solutions is a place where we sit in front of monitors for most of the day, working on different software tasks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy desks and a lot of power strips to keep everything running. Kolkata can get incredibly humid, so the fans are always spinning at top speed to keep us from melting. We deal with code and technical problems that might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. We often hear the planes from the airport nearby, which is just a normal part of being in Dum Dum. Lunch is usually something quick from a local vendor down the street. We don't have a big corporate culture here; we just come in, do the work, and head home when the job is done. There are always coffee cups sitting around and notes scribbled on the backs of envelopes. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the technical side of the projects right. It’s a steady rhythm of typing and problem-solving in a busy part of the city.
