Soft Solution Dealcom Pvt. Ltd. is located right at 92/4 on S.N. Banarjee Road. It’s a busy street, always lots of noise and people moving about outside. We started this small office space just to handle the day-to-day trading and supply stuff we deal with. It isn't a flashy place with glass walls or expensive chairs. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers and ledgers. We spend a lot of our hours on the phone or responding to messages. It’s just how we keep things going. Some days are slower than others, but we try to stay busy. My cousin and I handle most of the paperwork while the other guys go out to meet people. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we know the tea stall guy downstairs pretty well. He brings us chai twice a day. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we don't really notice it much anymore. Dealing in this industry means you have to be ready for things to change fast. One day we have plenty of work, and the next, we’re waiting for the phone to ring. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us working hard to make sure the orders get processed correctly. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be part of the community here on this road. We just do our bit every day.
