Sms X-Ray Clinic

Down in the village of Polerhat, you’ll find Sms X-Ray Clinic. We are located right near the Polerhat P.O. and the Kashipur P.S., so we’re pretty easy to locate if you know the area. It’s a rural spot, and things move a bit slower out here, which we don’t mind one bit. We mostly take X-rays for people who’ve had a fall or need to show a doctor what’s going on inside. The machine we have is kept in good shape, and we spend a lot of our time making sure the images come out clear enough to be useful. There isn't much to the clinic—just a waiting area and the room where the X-ray equipment sits. We don’t have a big staff, so you’ll usually see the same one or two people every time you come in. Sometimes the power flickers, but we’ve got our routine down for when that happens. It’s a simple life out here in Polerhat. People from the village and the surrounding parts of Kashipur come to us because we’re close by and they know us. We don't put up big billboards or anything. We just open the doors in the morning and wait to see who needs help that day. It’s a small operation, but it serves a purpose for the folks living around here who don't want to travel all the way into the city for a scan. We just keep things moving at our own pace here.
