Skorpio Inc. is located on the first floor at 14B, Ballygunge Circular Road. Being near the Army Camp and the Punjab Club makes it a pretty well-known spot in the area. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a long time. We have a few rooms that we use for different parts of the business. It is usually quite tidy, although the filing cabinets are getting pretty full these days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, so we try to take breaks and look out at the trees along the road. The first-floor location is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs, but we still get a decent view. We have some old posters on the walls that have been there since we moved in. The atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed, though we do have our busy periods where everyone is rushing around. We get a mix of people coming by, from delivery couriers to old acquaintances. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud, but it is better than sitting in the heat. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. It is a straightforward place to work, and we like the location because it is easy to get to from most parts of the city.
